Robert J. Majteles is a member of Macrovision Solutions' Board of Directors.

Mr. Majteles served as a member of Macrovision Corporation's Board of Directors from February 2006 until May 2008, when the acquisition of Gemstar-TV Guide International by Macrovision Corporation was completed and Mr. Majteles became a member of the Macrovision Solutions Board of Directors. Robert Majteles is the general partner of Treehouse Capital LLC, an investment firm. Mr. Majteles serves on the Boards of Directors of Adept Technology, Inc.; RazorGator, Inc.; Unify Corporation; and U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. In addition, Mr. Majteles is a Lecturer at U.C. Berkeley, at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.  Mr. Majteles holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Stanford University.
