Ruthann Quindlen is a member of Macrovision Solutions' Board of Directors.

Ms. Quindlen served as a member of Gemstar-TV Guide International's Board of Directors from October 2004 until May 2008, when the acquisition of Gemstar by Macrovision Solutions Corporation was completed and Ms. Quindlen became a member of the Macrovision Solutions Board of Directors.  Since 2003, Ms. Quindlen has been a Director on the Board of Georgetown University. Since 1994, Ms. Quindlen has been a general partner or managing member of Funds VI-VIII with Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), one of Silicon Valley's leading investment firms, where she works with her partners to evaluate ongoing investments in IVP portfolio companies. Prior to joining IVP, Ms. Quindlen was a managing director at Alex Brown & Sons. Ms. Quindlen holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
