Macrovision offers certification and testing services for integrated circuit (IC) manufacturers to ensure compliance with Macrovision licensing requirements. There are submission requirements for both encoder and detect certifications.

Instructions

Manufacturers should contact us four weeks prior to test sample availability to request a test slot. Items that must be submitted for the testing process include the IC test platform and control software for the IC and Macrovision functions. Please review the submission information document for additional details on submission requirements.

Certification Forms

Once you've reviewed the submission information, schedule your test slot.  Complete the certification information form and send it to ic-cert@macrovision.com or fax it to 408-567-1804 (or 408-567-1800 in case of problems).
